Food is Medicine

Simply put, food can either heal or harm the body. Eating the right foods can reward you with many benefits and turn back the clock on aging. Achieving good health is not about counting calories and weight loss, it means finding balance in both your body and mind. If you love food and love to eat, have no fear, food can be nutritious AND still taste amazing. Every time you put something in your mouth, is a chance to nourish your body.

There are other ways, aside from food, to nourish your body. Perhaps you have a regular meditation ritual or a dedicated yoga practice. I personally love to set aside
time to relax and days dedicated to “self care”, which may include time at a spa or a walk on the beach.
