Reverse Aging Masterclass

A good friend and former personal training colleague of mine, Suzanne Choplin, has put together an incredible lineup of interviews from top fitness professionals, health coaches, nutritionists, chiropractors, posture specialists, mind-body experts, and teachers who are all bringing their knowledge and power together to share with you the secrets to reverse aging!

As a dancer, performer, fitness competitor (which I trained her for!), group fitness instructor, and personal trainer, Suzanne always demanded a lot of her body and mind. Several major injuries ended her professional dance career, and a period of deep depression followed. Suzanne felt washed up and done…at 30. She was tired, in pain, and starting to lose the body connection she lived for.
