There was a huge sigh of relief, a wave of anxiety, and excitement all at once.
Relief for never having to answer to anyone else but myself again and being able to live life on my own terms.
Anxiety around all of the financial responsibilities of running a business, about getting it all wrong and not delivering value to people.
Excitement about all the endless possibilities that were in front of me and being free to help thousands of people heal.
Within a year from leaving that last job, I built a wildly successful multiple six-figure practice by surrounding myself with next-level people, setting goals, implementing systems and taking consistent action.
You can only see progress in what you track.
Every quarter, I sit down and outline my BIG business goal for the next 3 months, and then identify specific steps or actions to achieve that goal.
This strategic planning is how I once went from 19 to 36 active 1:1 clients in just 2 months, and have averaged 30+ health clients at a time.
Which all led to 30% revenue growth year-over-year as I worked less than 40 hours a week and averaged at least 64 days of vacation annually.
I made my big business vision and personal life dreams come true.
