Top 10 business growth resources…

When I made the leap from a stable career in the corporate world to the exciting life of entrepreneurship, it required a LOT of trust, faith, and commitment to myself.”

Being a health entrepreneur and running a business will challenge you in the best of ways.

It will stir up resistance, and stretch you out of your comfort zone. You will flow through phases of excitement, fear, clarity, and difficulty.

And the biggest breakthroughs always come just after the toughest of times.

The moments of distress and uncomfortableness, present the opportunity to shift perspective and grow – these are the growth edges from which we leap to the next level.

This is exactly why investing time and energy in your self-growth and mentorship is so crucial for not only the success of your business but also to help you reach your highest personal potential to live your most purposeful life.

Even after being a business owner for 10+ years, I still bump up against growth edges. In fact, I’ve been working through a beautiful breakthrough recently.

Lately, I’ve been leaning into a variety of growth resources to help navigate this next leap, which made me think to share some of my favorite ones to help you grow as a health business owner too.

These are the top 10 resources that have had some of the greatest impacts on my personal and professional growth:

  1. 10x is Easier Than 2x book
  2. Someday Is Not a Day in the Week book
  3. Meant for More book
  4. The Freedom Transmissions book
  5. Her Unrealistic Ways podcast
  6. Entrepreneur Energetic programs with Molly Hamill
  7. Body Code sessions with Chelsy Damron
  8. Kolbe Index Assessment
  9. Understanding Human Design by Emma Jensen
  10.  And the simplest one of all…SPACE to reflect and connect with self because the answers can always be found within us.

And I’ll be honest, when times get a little tough sometimes, I still wonder if it would be easier to just work for someone else to reduce the load of responsibility and pressure.

But then I quickly remember how rewarding and liberating my work as a Functional Health Practitioner and Business Mentor is…

You see, I finally left my corporate career shortly after one of my last employers fired me for arriving and leaving the office early on Fridays to visit my terminally ill mother. That was the moment when I realized I not only wanted but also needed more freedom in my life to heal my health issues and spend quality time with my loved ones.

Since then, through my (W)holistic Health Boss virtual health coaching brand, I have done some of the most rewarding work by helping countless busy health-mind professionals around the world take back control of their health with access to the right lab tests and resources so they can find the missing pieces of their health puzzle, actually fix what is wrong, and get back to feeling like themselves again.

And just when I thought my work couldn’t be more purposeful, other Functional Health Practitioners and Coaches started seeking me out for Business Mentorship.

Teaching hundreds of other career-driven, results-focused functional health entrepreneurs how to build a successful business so they can also help an infinite number of people heal while having the time to focus on what really matters in their lives personally and professionally has been more fulfilling than I could have ever imagined as we combine forces to have a collective greater impact on world health.

So in summary, here are 3 things that I want you to know…

…I see you.
…I feel you.
…Your work and presence in this world have a purpose.

So embrace the uncomfortable growth edges to forge your breakthroughs and live your most rewarding life possible!

And when you need a little extra inspiration, motivation or guidance lean into these resources I’ve shared or others that are helpful for you.

You’ve got this my fellow health entrepreneur friend 🙂
